Our guest speaker for September will be Bill Scholz- W1HIJ. Bill is a longtime avid fan of amateur radio and a serious CW op. He is also the US Coast Guard Auxiliary Manager of the USCG PACAREA Contingency Communications Net. His presentation will mesh how amateur radio emergency comms and marine comms come together.
