August's guest speaker will be Chris Claborne, N1CLC. Chris is very active putting California's mountain summits on the air. He will present an overview of the Summits On The Air program, and will go into what it takes to do a summit activation, and explain how to chase them as well.

Our guest speaker will be Dr. Ed Fong - WB6IQN. He will be presenting to the club a program on the design and fabrication of the J-Pole Antenna. The presentation will be from Sunnyvale, CA via Zoom©. We will likely be meeting at the Red Cross and will have the Zoom setup there for the presentation.

October 1st and 2nd is the weekend of the California QSO Party starting at at 1600 hrs Zulu (9:00 AM PDT) and continuing for 30 hours until 2200 hrs Zulu (3:00 PM PDT) Sunday afternoon. Our club plans to participate.
